Will Bracker is a national thought leader on privacy, professor, and founding partner of Bracker & Holder.
Specializing in privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection law, Will works closely with his clients to advise on privacy and cybersecurity programs, policy, processes, training, incident response, and risk assessments. He also handles daily legal counseling on a variety of privacy and security issues. Before entering law, he spent two decades in information technology, leading development, deployment, and operations teams in a variety of business verticals.
After his admission to the Georgia Bar, Will served as senior counsel, privacy to Cox Communications, Inc., where he was appointed to represent Cox on the State Privacy and Security Coalition, where he was elected chair. He is also a past Chair of the Privacy and Technology Section of the Georgia Bar and is an adjunct professor at Georgia State University College of Law, where he teaches Privacy Law, Cybersecurity Law, and Mass Media and Communications Law.
Will holds a BSM from Georgia Tech and a JD from Georgia State.
