Olivia is an attorney educator and founding partner of Bracker & Holder LLC. Her practice focuses on privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection.
She helps her clients to build and scale practical data handling strategies for product development, deal negotiation, and compliance programming. Olivia leverages ten years of in-house experience in legal and non-legal roles at industry-leading companies including GitHub and Microsoft.
Notably, she led privacy product counseling for the first generative AI coding tool on the market.
Olivia volunteers with the Georgia and Washington State Bars to develop privacy continuing education curriculum, speak at events, and mentor attorneys and law students. Olivia is a member of the Georgia Bar and Washington Bar.
She holds a J.D. from Georgia State University and two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia. She is a Fellow of Information Privacy (CIPP/US and CIPT) with the IAPP industry group.
